Palli Pakodi / Peanuts Pakora - Crispy Snack Recipe

Palli pakodi/Peanuts pakora is a crispy snack recipe which can be made in less time. The Palli pakodi recipe is made by deep frying masala mixed peanuts which are finally a good evening snack. Peanuts are rich in essential nutrients and offer a variety of health benefits. Here, I have shared step by step photos and easy method of preparation of Peanuts Pakora / Palli Pakodi.

Ingredients

1. Pallilu/raw peanuts - 1 cup
2. Besan or gram flour or senagapindi - 1/2 cup
3. Salt - 1 tbsp
4. Chilli powder - 1 tbsp
5. Poppy seeds - 1 tbsp
6. Garlic cloves - 3-4
7. Cumin seeds - 1/2 tbsp
8. Cardamom - 2
9. Cinnamon - 1/2 inch
10. Cloves - 3
11. Rice flour or biyyapu pindi - 1/4 cup
12. Water - 1 tbsp (if required)
13. Curry leaves

Cooking Procedure

1.Prepare the masala paste required for the recipe. Grind the spices..poppy seeds, cumin seeds, garlic cloves, cardamon, cinnamon into a fine paste using little water in a mortar and pestle or mixy jar. 
2.Take all the ingredients into a mixing bowl, that is, raw peanuts, salt, chilli powder, masala paste, besan/senagapindi, rice flour (except water). 
3.Mix all the ingredients well, add some fresh curry leaves (add water little bit if only required; make sure that the prepared mixture should contain very less moisture as it is to be deep fried). 
4.Heat oil required for deep fry in a kadai and gently drop the masala mixed peanuts. 
5.Take out the fried peanuts into a bowl when they turn golden brown enough. 
6.Finally, the crispy Palli Pakodi or Peanuts Pakora are ready to munch!!
