Cilantro and Mint Chutney | Pudhina Pachadi



This easy flavourful green chutney is made of coriander leaves and various spices. This can be had with any sandwich, pakoras, bhajias or any snack. Follow this easy recipe and enjoy the flavours of fresh Cilantro

Ingredients:
  • Cilantro (tightly packed) – 1/2 cup
  • Mint – 2 Tbsp
  • Salt – to taste
  • Sugar – 1tsp
  • Lemon Juice – 1 Tbsp
  • Ginger – pinch
  • Asafoetida – pinch
  • Green chillies – to taste
Procedure :
Blend all the ingredients to a fine paste. Serve it with samosa, pakoras, chat recipes or as a spread for sandwiches.
