Egg Roast - Kerala Recipe



Eggs roast is a delicious onion and tomato based gravy paired with steamed rice flour is one of the most popular breakfast combos in Kerala, almost synonymous with life in Kerala. This Egg Roast is spicy and delicious and is sure to be a hit among family and friends. 

Ingredients
1 sprigs CORIANDER LEAVES
1 tbsp coriander pwd
1 sprigs curry leaves
4 number Eggs boiled
1/2 tsp garam masala pwd
5 number garlic sliced
1 number ginger sliced
4 number green chillies
pinch mustard
1 tbsp oil
3 number onion cut into slices
1/2 tsp red chilli powder salt
2 number tomatoes
pinch turmeric

Directions

Take a pan add oil, mustard seeds, garlic, ginger, onions sliced, salt mix well and cook till the onions are slightly golden in colour.


Now add green chillies, curry leaves, turmeric, mix well then add,red chilli pwd,coriander pwd, garam masala pwd mix well then add sliced tomatoes and cook till the tomatoes are cooked.


once the tomatoes are cooked add the boiled egg and mix well then top it of with chopped coriander leaves.
