Ingredients:
- Rice 3 cups
- Salt
- Oil 1/4 cup
- Sweet Corn 1 cup
- Carrot (chopped) 1/2 cup
- Cabbage (chopped) 1 cup
- Capsicums (chopped) 3 tbsp.
- Button Mushrooms (sliced) 6-8
- Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp.
- Chicken powder 1 tsp.
- Soy sauce 4 tbsp.
- Fresh coriander for garnishing
Method:
- Soak rice in water for half an hour.
- Now boil the rice in salted water till cooked.
- Drain and leave aside.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add capsicum, cabbage, carrots and mix well.
- Put mushrooms and sweet corns.
- Fry for few seconds.
- Then add boiled rice,chicken powder, soy sauce and black pepper powder.
- Toss it so everything gets mixed together.
- Take out in a dish garnish with fresh coriander.
- Serve hot with any gravy sauce.
