Instant Poha Chivda |Tasty BreakFast
Ingredients:
- 3 cups Thick Poha
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Mustard seeds
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 3 Green Chillies chopped
- Pinch of Hing
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp powdered Sugar
- 2 tbsp Peanuts
- 1 tbsp Daliya
- 2 strings of Curry leaves
Method
- Take oil in microwave safe bowl and heat in microwave for 2mts.
- Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, green chillies, curry leafs and microwave for 2 mts.
- Add peanuts amd microwave for 3 mts, making sure to stir after every one minute.
- Add hing, turmeric powder, daliya and again microwave for 1 more minute.
- Add poha, mix well and put it back in microwave for 3 more minutes.
- Add salt and sugar to taste, mix well.
Tips:
- Each microwave is different so adjust cooking time accordingly. I have microwave with power of 1100 watt.
