Tortilla Rolls | vegetarian Snacks


Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cup Red Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Green Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Yellow Pepper
  • 1 cup chopped Spinach Leaves
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper powder
  • 1 tsp diced Jalapeno
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1 tbsp Yogurt

Method

Heat oil in a pan.
To that add red, yellow and green pepper.
Mix and saute for 4 to 5 mts.
Add garlic powder, black pepper powder, oregano, jalapeno to the cooked peppers.
Mix well.
Add spinach leaves, salt to taste.
Mix and cook for 2 to 3 mts.
